Contents:
A dose of 0.3 ml of vaccine contains:

Active substances:
Pigeon rotavirus (PiRV), strain Ro/D ≥ 52.2 EU*
Pigeon paramyxovirus 1 (PPMV1), strain 988M ≥ 6.47 log2 HIU**
* ELISA units in chickens determined by indirect ELISA test.
** Inhibition of hemagglutination in pigeons.

Indication:
For active immunization of pigeons from 4 weeks of age:
-to reduce mortality and frequency and severity of clinical signs caused by pigeon rotavirus (PiRV).
-to reduce mortality and frequency and severity of clinical symptoms caused by paramyxovirus type 1 (PPMV1).
Onset of immunity: 2 weeks after the last injection.
Duration of immunity: 8 months after the last injection (PiRV).
9 months after the last injection (PPMV1).
(including the risk period, determined based on the challenge).
In field studies, even a year after the last injection, antibody levels were found that were comparable to those that underwent the challenge.

Dosage and route of administration:
One dose: 0.3 ml. Administer one dose  intramuscularly into the thigh muscle.

Recommended vaccination schedule:
Primary vaccination:
First injection from 28 days of age.
Second injection 21-26 days after first injection.
Revaccination:
1 injection per year, no later than 1 year after the last injection.

Storage conditions:
Store in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C).
