Is a specific strain of live yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae boulardi neutralises undesirable bacteria growth and toxins, improves the tight junctions in the gut reducing intestinal permeability and modulates the local immune system. As a result of these three lines of defence the application in poultry feed has been shown to significantly reduce post-mortem populations of Salmonella and Campylobacter. The live yeast is protected for use in pelleted feed using Titan coating technology. In birds it is particularly effective at reducing Salmonella and Campylobacter contamination.

an innovative new product combining inactivated fractions from 3 different strains of yeast, each produced using dedicated processes. The combination of these yeast derivatives produces two complementary actions to reinforce the birds’ natural defences – a strong pathogen binding capacity and a broad and balanced immune modulation.

in periods of expected heat stress a specific inactivated whole cell yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) product containing the essential trace element selenium in its highly bioavailable organic form. Selenium is an essential mineral of the production of primary antioxidant enzymes like superoxide dismutase and catalase. During heat stress the metabolic rate in the bird increases to try to dissipate heat and alleviate stress. As a result, more reactive oxygen species (free radicals) are formed, and more antioxidants required. Selenium helps to increase the production of primary antioxidant enzymes and reduce oxidative stress.

Dissolve 10g per litre of water. Can administer daily or before/after an event. Do not store solution for more than 24 hours
